These terms govern your use of the website only. Engagements for services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos, code and their arrangement — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

Client project intellectual property is addressed separately in each engagement agreement. In our standard terms, ownership of custom-developed source code and deliverables transfers to the client on final payment.

Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. Estimates given informally or during a consultation are indicative and non-binding until that agreement is signed.

Fees, payment schedules and milestones are defined in each engagement agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts, having given reasonable written notice first.

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during discussions or an engagement, and will use it only for the purpose it was shared.

This obligation does not extend to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully known to it, or must be disclosed by law.

This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Warranties covering delivered work are set out in the relevant engagement agreement, not here.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this website.

We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time without notice. Termination of an engagement is governed by the notice provisions in the applicable engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page periodically.
